INITIAL POSE:

Sit on knees with your palms on your lap. (It is important to use delicate/soft fabric to rest the head over it)

PROCEDURE:
1. Firstly, you have to Interlock the fingers of both hands and place them in front on the fabric.

2. Slowly place your head in to the hollow of palms.

3. Slowly lift your both legs towards upwards and keep it straight. You can take help of the wall or your friend while practicing this position.

4. The body should be in a straight line from down to up.

5. Breathe normally in this position for 15 to 20 seconds or more than that if you can.

6. Now slowly release pose to come to starting position by lower down your legs (Bending in Knees) one by one.

TIME DURATION:
In the beginning it is advised to practice for about 1 to 2 minutes and gradually can increase up to 10 minutes after 3 or 4 months.
